I'm glad you're here.
Maybe you're over-functioning, or maybe you can hardly get out of bed in the morning. Maybe your past seems to have an unshakable hold on you—leaving you feeling anxious, down, angry, guilty, shameful, numb, or hopeless. Do you see dark humor memes and reels on social media and think, "Yep. Same." Ever think that maybe feeling terrible shouldn't be so relatable?
I have some good news: it doesn't have to be this way! With the right tools and therapeutic process, we will figure it out together. I don't promise it will be easy, but I do promise you unconditional positive regard, respect, and authenticity. We will also laugh! Humor is good medicine.
